Mr. Izhar Ullah holds an MA in English Linguistics with university distinction. He worked as a Lecturer in English Department at Karakorum International University prior to joining the Gilgit-Baltistan Civil Service. On 25 th May, 2012, Mr. Izhar joined Gilgit-Baltistan Civil Service through the Combined Competitive Examination held in 2011. After having mandatory pre service trainings from the prestigious Civil Services Academy Walton Lahore and STI at Islamabad, he started his career as a Section Officer in the Department of Home and Prisons in 2013. Since then, Mr. Izhar has been holding various assignments starting as a Section Officer in the Home and Prisons department to Deputy Secretary Home, Deputy Secretary Tourism, Deputy Secretary Education, Deputy Secretary Forest, Deputy Managing Director NATCO, Deputy Secretary Home, Additional Secretary Home, Additional Secretary Works, Additional Secretary to Governor Gilgit-Baltistan and the current appointment of Director General Gilgit Development Authority. Mr. Izhar also got selected through a competitive process conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs through NTS and served as a Sector Commander in the Hajj Mission 2024 in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia

Mr. Sajid Wali is a seasoned professional with an MBA degree from AJK University, Kotli. With a distinguished career spanning multiple leadership roles, he has served as Assistant Manager at Mobile Registration VAN, Assistant Manager at NRC Ghizer, Assistant Director/OIC at NRC NADRA Registration Centre Islamabad, and Assistant Director at Arm License Project (coordinating with PMO). He has also held the position of Section Officer (Administration and Finance-II) at Gilgit Baltistan Council Secretariat. Currently, he serves as Director (Admin & Finance) at Gilgit Development Authority, driving organizational growth and excellence through strategic leadership and expertise.
